JOB SUMMARY: As a Principal Software Engineer, focused on Salesforce, you will formulate and define specifications for complex operating software programming applications and to work as part of a team with influence across a larger organization. Multiple positions open!

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, design, develop & maintain customizations and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet specific business requirements. Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with external systems including ERP systems and other third-party applications.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring performance, storage and data integrity.
  • Conduct user training and provide technical support, as needed, to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new functionality.
  • Responsible for establishing best practices for configuration, design and development in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, Pair-Programming/testing Sessions.
  • Proactive system maintenance.
  • Participate in the full SDLC (Kanban), including requirement analysis, story writing, design and implementation, estimations, and other aspects of iterative development.
