Job Description:

The Principal SAP Business Analyst collaborates with business process owners, subject matter experts, IT team members, and other external resources to identify, develop, implement, and document solutions to address business initiatives and improve business operations. Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Develops, documents, tests, and implements SAP and integrated solutions. Relies extensively on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provides strategic vision and tactical direction on system roadmaps. Considered to be a top-level contributor, will mentor and coach other IT staff. Responsibilities include: Guides the successful completion of major programs/projects and may function in a project leadership role. Designs effective process flows to meet solution requirements. Determines project objectives and deliverables. Prepares a gap analysis measuring current capability against business requirements. Thoroughly tests/coordinates testing of new solutions and assesses their impact on other processes to ensure successful implementations. Requirements: A bachelor's degree required with 12 years of experience in software system implementations and support. SAP experience required. ATTP, Sterilization, ECC and Hana knowledge nice to have. A demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems. A track record of working successfully with business management, end users, technical staff, and other external resources. A demonstrated high degree of competency in project management and the successful completion of multiple complex projects.
