We're looking for an amazing Principal Technical Lead to fill this role. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You'll work in person in our Seattle or Miami office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You'll be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of APIs and Artificial Intelligence projects while guiding our offshore pods. You will leverage your extensive experience in technology leadership to drive innovation and manage complex projects. Your expertise in modern programming languages and cloud services will be essential in ensuring the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead API development pod focused on developing APIs for internal and possibly external systems.
  • Lead AI development pod focused on implementing AI solutions to solve critical business needs.
  • Analyze and evaluate emerging technology trends to improve our product offerings.
  • Participate in the development process by implementing modern technology while defining best practices.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Prototype solutions utilizing cutting-edge technology.
  • Uphold and promote the organization's core values and culture.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Ensure Security, Risk, and Compliance standards are part of everything we do.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years building APIs (preferred).
  • Scope of professional experience could replace minimum years of experience.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages, such as Golang, Java, and Python.
  • Proven experience building and deploying APIs.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role within technology teams.
  • Proven experience working with offshore teams, adapting communication styles as needed.

  • Base Salary Range: $112,800.00 to $152,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
