  • Lead Complex Technical Programs: Use your technical expertise to oversee large, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to successful delivery.
  • Drive Agile Excellence: Orchestrate Program Increment (PI) planning events alongside the R&D Operations team, fostering collaboration across teams, defining shared roadmaps, and mitigating risks-all within an Agile framework.
  • Balance Stakeholder Needs: Manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders with finesse, ensuring that critical requirements are met while keeping the broader program on track.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify critical technical risks early and proactively develop strategies to address them before they escalate.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across R&D and cross-functional teams, resolving challenges and enabling teams to thrive.
  • Influence with Clarity: Communicate complex technical tradeoffs to engineers and deliver clear, actionable insights to executives, bridging gaps and driving alignment.
  • Strategize and Execute: Oversee the technical, strategic, and operational aspects of multi-functional projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Champion Agile and Scrum principles, coaching teams to optimize processes and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Program Management Excellence: 5+ years of experience in Program Management, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment. PMP and/or SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Agile Advocate: Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the ability to coach teams and lead Scrum ceremonies.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Problem Solver: A track record of identifying critical risks early, balancing competing priorities, and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Leadership and Facilitation: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with geographically distributed teams.
