Job Title Principal Test Engineer Assoc Functional Title Test Manager III Location Hanscom Air Force - MA US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Level Degree Job Type Full-time Job Description Quantech has an immediate opening for a Test Manager supporting the C3I&N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
- The candidate must be able to provide Validation & Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program's integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices
- The candidate shall provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance
- The candidate shall provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures.
- The candidates shall support the following requirements
- Prepare test plans and procedures
- Prepare TEMPs
- Prepare and review test analyses
- Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation
- Monitor test events
- Support certification test activities, such as JITC
- Support training required to execute test activities
- Review and analyze engineering test documentation, analysis reports, and trade-off studies
- Support data collection of test data during development and operational test events
- Support FCAs/PCAs
Job Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SECRET Clearance required.
- Possess the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their assigned tasks.
- Possess strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported customers.
- Experience with SharePoint to include managing, uploading and editing program data and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- MA/MS with 12 Years of experience in the respective discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD or BA/BS with 15 Yrs exp and 5 in DoD.
