Forrest Solutions is seeking a Lead Office Services Associate to join our team at a prestigious Financial Firm. This role is perfect for a professional with print production expertise who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to lead a team of 6-7 print and mail specialists.

As the second-in-command onsite, you'll work closely with the Client Relations Manager (CRM) to ensure smooth operations, exceptional client satisfaction, and team excellence.

  • Location: Boston, MA 02116
  • Pay rate: $26 an hour
  • Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the print/mail team, delegating tasks and maintaining workflow.
  • Serve as the point of contact for team and client needs, building strong rapport and trust.
  • Assist the CRM in fostering team morale and creating a high-performing, supportive environment.
  • Oversee print, scan, and copy jobs, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and monitor email communications.
  • Develop team members through cross-training and mentoring.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and ensure compliance with client protocols.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a service-oriented, high-performance environment.
  • Proven expertise in print production and operational oversight.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
