Duties & Responsibilities Create and publish Electronic Design Release documents (EDRs) Create and publish vendor approved imposition layouts for production Cross-reference subject lists against BOM and review print technology to drive cost savings and efficiencies Partner with the Production Coordinator, art directors, project management, and external prepress/print vendors to facilitate design, production, and manufacturing processes Review milestone schedules with project management team, balance content availability and vendor print schedules to prioritize production Review print specifications on BOM, ensure that design and production files align with quoted manufacturing specifications, and coordinate any necessary changes to the appropriate teams Articulate cutting instructions to Relic Department so that memorabilia work within manufacturing specs Build and maintain facsimile signature library Understand common licensor requirements and review master files to ensure compliance Review, verify, troubleshoot, and modify design files for productionQualifications Strong computer skills. Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines across multiple projects Organized and attentive to detail. The salary range for this position is $28.00- $32.50, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
