Provide exceptional customer service and support to assure production work requirements are clearly defined and that timeframes and cost factors are given appropriate consideration. 2. Coordinate Print Shop production schedule to meet customers' expectations and deadlines. Communicate the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc. to printshop staff and client. 3. Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Remain in contact with customers when critical issues arise, or work production schedule is jeopardized. 4. Provide proof reading and monitor jobs for errors and/or common sense mistakes to eliminate rework. 5. Perform layout/job set up to assure cost effective utilization of equipment (computer and printing) and materials while meeting the customers' requirements and timeframes. 6. Perform production (copying, printing, finishing, etc.) and coordinate pick-up/delivery to meet deadlines. 7. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, print requests, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current. Job Requirements: POSITION REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum of 2 years experience working in a fast-paced production printing environment 2. Minimum of 2 years experience working with digital printing, Microsoft Office, and print production software.
