DescriptionPrimary Function: The Print Production/ Order Fulfillment Coordinator works to print and ship marketing materials based on internal production requirements. The position requires using rip software, large format printers, laminators, and cutters. Must have excellent organization skills, record keeping, and flexibility in daily job functions.Reports To: Marketing Director? ?? ?Functions:•Control inventory by maintaining proper level printing and laminating supplies.•Operate and maintain all printers, laminators, and cutters (including scheduled cleanings).•Produce printed marketing materials.•Maintains, organizes, and cleans the production area of the studio.•Installs vinyl graphics on various applications without assistants•Produce all marketing material according to the Marketing Director's specifications.•Review all marketing materials for errors/omissions before printing.•Strong Communications Skills: Communication with stores during order fulfillment is a must.•Willingness to learn•The ability to manage the production of multiple projects on time.•Prep/send marketing materials to printers and troubleshoot any problems with the printing processRequirementsQualifications:Software knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus. Must be physically able to load printers and laminators, which will require lifting to 75 lbs. The ability to install vinyl graphics, use power tools, lift and move ladders, and own a dependable vehicle.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a High School diploma or GEDMust be able to lift up to 75 Lbs.Must be able to work in extreme cold or heatMust be able to stand for long periodsMust have reliable transportation
