Job Type Full-time Description Position Summary While working as a Product Manager (Print), you will be tasked with fulfilling duties related to building pricing estimates and job specifications in the company ERP system as well as performing tasks related to retaining customers and managing customer's accounts. The person in this position assists with estimating and serving as a liaison between the customer and Strategic Factory. This position is full-time onsite in Owings Mills, and offers the opportunity for a compressed four-day workweek for candidates who desire one (Four 10-hour days scheduled Monday-Friday). Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client/prospect inquiries for projects, consult as a trusted advisor on their needs, provide pricing and follow up to obtain approval.
- Ensure client satisfaction by communicating thoroughly and proactively on all projects.
- Coordinate the handoff of projects in other verticals to the appropriate project manager as needed and collaborate with fellow PMs on projects that span multiple verticals.
- Record client relationship updates in HubSpot as appropriate.
- Estimate jobs in the company's ERP system to determine the sell cost; work order approved proposals and submit to production.
- Revise estimates and work orders as needed due to specific changes in the order.
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree is desired.
- 1-3 years prior experience or training in the Print industry is required.
- Customer Service experience is required
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience using an ERP System
- HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers
- Vision abilities required by this job include being able to see clearly at 20 inches or less, distinguish colors, and adjust focus
- Mathematical abilities required by this job include reading a ruler, calculating simple costs, and other basic mathematical skills
