Mail Services - Virginia Beach, VA The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Print & Variable Data Equipment Operator responsible for operating and maintaining two primary printing machines and any additional equipment that may be introduced in the Variable Data / Mail Services department. The Operator will also assist in the Bindery and other departments as needed, ensuring the quality of work and timely completion of tasks. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of laser printers and personal computers
- Technical aptitude to learn the set-up (including software controls) and operation of complex printing equipment
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and maneuver a pallet of forms
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Capability to work independently as well as an effective member of a team
