Job Title: 2nd shift Digital X2 / Printer Operator, Monday through Thursday 2:30AM-12:30AMPay Rate: $16.51 - $18.58Location: Florence, WIReports To: Printing ManagerBrand/Segment: Gathr Outdoors/RecreationABOUT THE POSITION: The fundamental reason this position exists is to perform functions necessary to operate Digital printing equipment to fulfill customer orders. This position will print on golf accessories including poker chips, golf balls and other substrates as needed. This position may also shift into other positions as needed according to customer demand by resource.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate printing equipment to meet customer demand and production goals
- Properly load artwork from a computer file to printer software program.
- Properly record production/order fulfillment in our operating database
- Communicate with prior/following shift printer operators to ensure proper workflow
- Communicate with supervisors and maintenance personnel to maintain equipment efficiencies
- Uphold established quality standards for printed products
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work safely upholding our company PPE and Safety requirements
- Adhere to company policies and practices as outlined in our company handbook

- Operate printing equipment to meet customer demand and production goals.
- The goal is to operate one printer and reach a goal of 7.5 hours of run time in an 8 hour shift.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to distinguish colors as shown in a Pantone Color Match Guide
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources in an organized manner
- Ability to read and understand requirements for customer workorders
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to understand basic addition and subtraction
- Must be able to operate a computer and understand basic functions of it to operate digital printer.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Works on the production floor area. The noise level is usually high and will require PPE (safety glasses and hearing protection) in all zones.
- Works on cement floors with safety padding.
- Moving parts on machinery.
- Chemicals used for cleaning print heads.
