We're looking for a Printing Operator who can bring technical skill, attention to detail, and creativity to our growing team. If you enjoy working hands-on with cutting-edge printing equipment and take pride in finishing products with precision, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:- Receive job assignments from the Graphics Lead or Supervisor- Set the daily printing schedule from the work order- Operate a wide variety of commercial printing equipment- Measure and trim printed materials to exact specifications using Zund cutters, X-Acto knives, and utility knives- Assemble printed products and pack them for shipment- Safely transport finished goods to the shipping department with a pallet jack- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed- Crosstrain in various graphics production functions to expand your skillset- Take on other duties as requiredWhat You'll Need:- Accuracy in using a tape measure and other hand tools- Strong judgment to assess print quality and prioritize tasks- High attention to detail in handling custom orders and tight deadlines- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
