**Description**

**full-time Private Client Sales Concierge** candidates**.**

The Private Client Sales Concierge is responsible for cultivating and managing DTC sales, Private & Corporate, by pursuing targeted sales initiatives to increase profitability for Stags Leap Wine Cellars, Conn Creek and Patz & Hall, and foster consumer loyalty to CA brand products. This will be achieved through a focus on client prospecting by various electronic means coupled with dedicated personal service and client cultivation through multiple communication channels. The Private Client Sales Concierge must have a strategic and pragmatic approach to achieving the companys sales goals.

This position will also include facilitating the Growers program for Stags Leap Wine Cellars and Conn Creek.

**What you will do:**

* Manage direct sales of top clientele, generating a major source of revenue for the Direct to Consumer group.

* Work closely with DTC Sales Team, the Wine Club, Tasting Room and eCommerce Managers to strategize e-commerce sales direction and methods to cultivate and expand client base for all CA brands, emphasizing growth and return.

* Run targeted campaigns by analyzing client and purchase demographics, performance metrics and product availability. Conduct most sales through segmented email marketing and following up on offers by phone where permitted.

* Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and encouraging repeat sales.

* Serve as customers primary point of contact, fostering private client relationships by providing personal service, hosting private tastings and tours, and educating clientele on CA brand products.

* Other duties as assigned.

**What you will bring:**

* At least three years of customer service and/or sales experience

* Bachelor's degree or related preferred

* WSET certification or similar a plus

* Knowledge of wine and DTC (Direct to Consumer) wine sales and shipping practices.

* Proficiency with CRM, winery and club POS programs, and RMS

* Able to create sales reports by project for monthly and annual tracking.

* Solid understanding of web 2.0 environment, social networking and communication methods that our target consumers utilize.

* Skill to manage multiple projects and sales initiatives, over various computing and web-based platforms.

* Ability to interact comfortably with the public via phone, email and other communication methods in an efficient, positive and brand-appropriate manner.

* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

* Commitment to excellence and high standards.

* Attention to detail, particularly in written communication.

* Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

* Ability to think outside the box with a focus on constant improvement, while working within existing constraints.

* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) is required.

* Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with email marketing software is preferred.

* Must be flexible and available to work varied hours/days of the week

* Must be at least **21** years of age

* Spoken fluency in a second language a plus
