We are searching for an Associate/Senior Associate on behalf of a private equity firm specializing in investments in innovative, growth-stage companies in healthcare. The firm's flexible and collaborative approach enables businesses to achieve significant market expansion through tailored investment strategies designed to unlock value and accelerate growth.

With a strong track record of success, the team is led by seasoned investors who have guided numerous businesses to high-value exits, including IPOs and strategic acquisitions.

This role provides comprehensive exposure to the investment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring and executing deals, and managing portfolio companies.

As a key team member, you will work closely with experienced professionals and innovative companies, leveraging their expertise to deliver transformative results and scale impactful businesses.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related technical field is required. Advanced science degrees combined with investment experience—are highly valued.
• Experience: 2-4 years in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking. Candidates with healthcare consulting experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
