From your PASSION to oursThis is a 12-month paid internship opportunity, available on a full- or part-time basis with a minimum of twenty hours per week. The Store Brands intern will focus on three areas: customer portals, managing the artwork and packaging process, and bid data collection/system entry, excluding pricing. This role serves as an interim position with the potential to transition to a full-time role after one year. The position will collaborate with all necessary cross-functional teams internally. RequirementsFrom your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Supports specific private label product lines by managing product development process and timeline execution with retailers.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, QA, Graphics, Purchasing, etc.) to meet project objectives and execute all customer requests related to, but not limited to, product launch and packaging modifications.
- Manages collection of all necessary data/ information to complete RFQs and new item set-up processes within various customer databases and maintains based on customers' needs.
- Assists in the graphic development process by serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and customers' Own Brand teams on regulatory & printer requirements for their retail packaging.
- Assists senior management in utilizing internal systems and IRI market insights platform to perform data analysis and track private label business performance.
- Must proactively and effectively communicate with retailers, third-party agencies, and internal teams to ensure all stakeholder objectives are met.

- Some practical experience through educational projects, prior internships, or professional experiences desired.

- Strong analytical skills: need to be proficient in Excel and analysis in general.

- Open-minded, capacity to understand/analyze/ react.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, teamwork ability: must be able to multi-task and coordinate activities between several departments.
- Proactivity: proactive in tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Significant knowledge of current software systems including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Interest in learning about all aspects of consumer-packaged goods marketing and product development.
