DescriptionAs a Transition Operations Specialist at Citizens Private Wealth, you will be a crucial part of a newly recruited Wealth Advisor(s) teams. The individual manages the detailed end to end transition of the new colleagues and their books of business, operating with both speed and attention to detail. The operations specialist understands the overall process, as well as the individual steps, and can problem solve to address unique needs of a particular team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the success of the team.Primary responsibilities includeCollaborate with Transition Manager to define plan to onboard experienced Wealth Manager teamsShepherds the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired clients (Account Opening)Works to organize technology, systems, and tools prior to day one onboardingAct as a resource on firm policies and proceduresQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional CredentialsSolid organizational skillsStrong communication and presentation experienceExcellent client service skillsAbility to effectively collaborate with multiple internal teamsAbility to travel domestically, up to 75%, and for extended periods of time is required (likely to CA, FL, BOS, NY)Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environmentWorks well in a fast-paced environment and can proactively recognize and anticipate client needsDemonstrate proactive follow-up and follow through on a task from start to finishSeries 7 and 66, preferredMinimum 5+ years of Financial Industry experience, preferredKnowledge of federal (FINRA) and state (Insurance) requirements, preferredWealth Management sales support or middle office operations, preferredDemonstrated and relevant brokerage Operational Experience, preferredAn understanding of CSI Operational processes, policies, and procedures, preferredHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday - FridayPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $35.10 - $43.50 per hour with eligibility to earn an annual discretionary incentive. Overtime and some travel is required.
