OverviewAdventHealth Winter Park Family Medicine Residency program is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and broadly skilled Family Medicine physician to serve as a faculty member with the ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program. Established in 1975, the program is based at AdventHealth Winter Park Hospital, a 340-bed acute care facility. We are a 12-12-12 residency and have geriatrics, sports medicine and women's health fellowships. The ten-year ABFM pass rate is 100%. Faculty and residents present at regional and national meetings.Ideal candidate should expect:* Outpatient responsibilities, with limited inpatient responsibilities* OB optional* Call shared with 9 faculty members* Opportunity to develop private patient base* Comprehensive benefits package including occurrence-based malpractice, CME allowance, 403b retirement plan, life insurance, long term disability, relocation allowance.Duties will include clinical teaching in an outpatient setting for family medicine, as well as continuity clinic.A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care.
