We have a variety of part-time schedules available with guaranteed weekly hours and also offer PRN schedules. As a PRN/Casual employee, you won't be guaranteed hours every week but you will be able to choose which open shifts you pick up each week based on your availability!Responsibilities:Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with supported individualsAssist with medication management and administration, as neededSupport individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feedingEscort supported individuals to appointments and accompany them on outingsAssist with light housekeeping tasks and laundryMinimum Requirements:Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningGood communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or health challengesAbility to follow directions and work independentlyFlexible availability, including weekends, and holidaysDay Shift and Overnight schedules availableBenefits:Paid trainingFlexible SchedulingMake your own scheduleWeekly/Daily payA supportive work environment that will foster your growth!Pay:Starting at $18.00/hour on weekdaysStarting at $19.00/hour on weekendsPhysical Demands:Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniquesPerform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for accessing spaces and performing ground-level activitiesWalk, stand, and engage in continuous physical activities during cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor tasksIf you are interested in this position, please apply today!
