Northwoods Rehab & Nursing Center is looking for a dependable SLP Speech Language Pathologist to fill a PRN position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care that address each resident's unique needs.The SLP Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty and identify the patient's goals for treatment. Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs. In addition to keeping detailed records, you will educate the patients and family members to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
