PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Quality/No Harm:
* Must hold current American Heart Association's Heartsaver CPR & AED program card prior to start date and maintain.
* Must be able to assist in Medical Emergencies.
* Must understand all codes and what to do in an emergency situation.
Customer Experience:
* Reception and registration of members.
* Telephone inquiries regarding Pro Health & Fitness facility.
* Appointment setting for Pro Health services.
* Maintaining laundry and making sure towels are stocked, locker room checks.
* Conducting tours of the facility and answers all questions about Pro Health services.
* Checking all members and guests into the facility assuring that they are current members or guests and up to date on membership dues.
* Attends regular staff meetings or signs off on meeting notes.
Stewardship:
* Must be able to enter information into the computer accurately. Must have basic computer skills.
* Must be able to complete contracts in a 15-minute period.
* Must be able to correctly enter transactions into the cash register on a daily basis.
* Completing contracts for new members and upgrades and downgrades for our present members.
* Correctly managing all payments.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* Must have completed High School or equivalent.
* Must hold current American Heart Association's Heartsaver CPR & AED program card prior to start date and maintain.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
* Must be able to lift thirty pounds.
MENTAL DEMANDS:
* Must be able to function in a high paced high stress environment.
* Must be able to handle multiple tasking.
* Must be able to deal with upset members with good customer service skills.
