- 1 + years of NY Probate Administration and Probate Court proceedings
- Experience working Probate and Surrogate's Court cases.
- Must have experience preparing, managing, and filing deceased cases through the New York State Probate Court system.
- Previous experience preparing and drafting of Surrogate's Court petitions and related documents for Probate or Administration of an Estate.
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Experience with e-filing through NYSCEF
