This means that each pay period you work three 12-hour shifts one week, and four 12-hour shifts the following week*. Per California law, you will be eligible for Overtime Pay (1.5X Hourly Rate) for all time worked over 8 hours in one shift (24.5 hours of OT per two week pay period).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Determine the final product requirements based on job specifications, including appearance and measurement.
- Verify accuracy of materials used to complete all jobs to specifications including (but not limited to) solder fillet, probe shear and tip position.
- Examine product for defects such as partial solder fillet and defective probes - as compared to target quality.
- Properly complete all paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and or lot number at all times, consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance, maintain cleanliness and organization of Litho area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED - Minimum 3 years work experience in precision component attach process and repair
- Experience on surface mount, solder ball bumping, wire bonding, pick-n-place
- Strong experience with hand tools (e.g., Tweezers, Vacuum pickup tools, Soldering Irons, die handling, wire bond, test fixtures)
- Experience in inspection and repair for MEMS device
- Familiar with metrology tools, such as Dage shear and Z-scope
- Good with verbal and written communication
- Good team player
- Able to work at Compressed Work Week schedule
The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $27.90 and $30.50. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
