We are seeking a Process Architect for a financial services client. This position is Manager level and suitable for someone with at least five years of relevant technical experience. We are specifically calling for applicants based in New York or within a 50-mile commute of New York. The position is hybrid; most of your work week will be based from home but you will be required on the client site from time to time. You must have valid US work authorization and not require future visa sponsorship.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in an external client facing role as Management Consultant
* Minimum 5 years as a Process Architect, preferably in banking finance processes
* Experience with designing process architecture (process frameworks/hierarchies), process analysis (root cause), setting up business process management (eg designing process health and performance metrics) and driving process improvements. Experience in banking finance processes would be a strong plus
* Strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, able to work independently
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and excellent stakeholder management
* Experience presenting and facilitating workshops confidently
* A team-oriented, inclusive mindset and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
* A flexible approach to work with focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards
