Summary

Analogic, a 50-year-old company providing engineering expertise in detector technology, image processing, systems engineering, and clinical procedures, is seeking an AI and Digital Transformation Specialist to play a pivotal role in leading and executing initiatives that harness artificial intelligence, process automation, and digital transformation to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of AI technologies, process automation tools, and digital transformation strategies, coupled with at least five years of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation across various business functions. Develop and deploy automation solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and other relevant technologies.

Design and Develop AI Solutions: Develop and implement AI strategies that align with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes

Digital Transformation - Digital transformation initiatives to modernize and streamline business operations. Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Will also leverage low-code development platforms to solve business challenges and optimize processes.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate AI and automation solutions into existing systems and processes. Ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new technologies.

Conduct Research and Feasibility Studies: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and process automation. Conduct research and feasibility studies to explore new technologies and methodologies that can enhance business operations.

Create Documentation and Training Materials: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for AI and automation solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of new technologies.

Ensure Data Quality and Security: Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data used in AI models and automation processes. Implement best practices for data management and compliance with relevant regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on AI, process automation, and digital transformation.

* Strong knowledge of process automation tools and techniques, including RPA.

* Certifications in AI, RPA, or related fields are a plus.

* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

* Experience in creating documentation and training materials for technical solutions.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
