They will be responsible for optimising and streamlining our sales processes to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.This position involves analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows. In addition, the role involves managing sales data, analysing performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to support the achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service practices, process improvement methodologies, and automation technologies. They will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.What will you be doing?The Process & Automation Specialist's key responsibilities are:Process analysis and improvement;Automation implementation;Data analysis, management and reporting;Tool and system management;Training and support (on new processes and automation tools);Cross-functional collaboration;Who are you?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferredProven experience in process improvement, automation, sales operations, sales support, or a similar role within a customer service environmentStrong knowledge of automation tools and technologiesProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional organizational and project management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneouslyCertification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plusKnowledge of sales process improvement methodologies is a plusLanguage Fluency: English.
