As Production Control Supervisor, you will work within the Control Room and will be responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of the company's cement products. You will lead a team of operators in production - overseeing equipment optimization, utilization and reliability in a safe manner while maintaining environmental compliance, quality and budgeted costs. You will start, train, and qualify under an experienced Supervisor. This role operates all major pieces of equipment from the central control room including the quality control laboratory as well as supervises the daily activities of assigned personnel. This role is a step up position where a new employee will have the opportunity to advance upon obtaining company certifications. The position works the DuPont 7 shift (rotating days and nights with 1 to 7 days off - google DuPont 7). Besides advancement within the role, there is tremendous growth opportunity into operations and other functional areas. Location is Ravena, NY (20 min south of Albany, 2 hours north of NYC, 1 hour east of Springfield). Base compensation $75,000 + aggressive bonuses and a very specific path to rapid increases in pay based on certifications.
