Your focus will be to ensure that our manufacturing processes are running as efficiently and effectively as possible, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. Job Details
Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.Provide process documentation and operating instructions.Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to reduce process variations and enhance overall product quality.Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the efficient execution of metal stamping processes.Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role within the Manufacturing industry.Solid understanding and practical experience with Six Sigma, Metal Stamping, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Engineering.Proven track record in process design, implementation, and optimization.Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in using process simulation software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from production staff to senior management.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team environment.
