Our client is an established personal care manufacturer and is looking to add a Process Engineer to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $70,000 - $85,000 Position Overview: The Process Engineer will work to scale up formulations to the production scale and work cross functionally to ensure smooth processes. The Process Engineer handles industrial-scale bulk pilot, filing, and assembly trials for new cosmetic products to ensure a seamless transition from the lab to production scale. Responsibilities of the Process Engineer: Develop Design of Experiments (DOE) for addressing processing challenges Identify and resolve manufacturing issues Investigate manufacturing non-conformances and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans Communicate with various departments (QA, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time Ensure compliance with company standards and federal regulations at all times Qualifications for the Process Engineer: 4+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment Understanding of chemical processing concepts and applications to cosmetic and personal care products Should have strong communication and collaboration skills Good time management and organization Proficient in MS Office Suite Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science is required Benefits: Client provided benefits, upon eligibility
