PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / MFG PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER Springdale, AR Our client is a medium sized family owned business that was established in 1975 and is experiencing record growth due to the innovation design and quality manufacturing of their products. (They had a record year in 2022, then broke that record last year. They're on track to challenge last year's record this year). We're looking for someone with + 5 years' product / mechanical experience preferably in a metal fab mfg environment. Experience with mobile equipment would be a plus. BSME degree preferred. Must be experienced in SolidWorks. Working knowledge of: hydraulics, electrical circuits and IC engines. Salary is up to +$100k or more DOE.
