Overview:
- Use Focused Ion Beam (FIB) to prepare samples for Transmission and Scanning Electron Microscopy (TEM and SEM) and analysis.
- Perform SEM including chemical analysis (EDS). Experience with preparation and imaging of metallization is of value.
- Use other available characterization techniques as needed.
- Knowledge of AFM, TXRF, XPS, XRD and TEM an advantage.
- In a team environment, work with process team to perform characterization of wafers.
- Execute processes on wafers for research and development and for characterization prep.
- Perform tool qualifications and maintain tool and process qualification records
- May be required work either of two shifts 6AM to 3PM or 3PM to 12AM
