Key Responsibilities 💪

• Drive process improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and sustainability
• Monitor and optimize kiln performance through advanced control room systems
• Conduct safety audits and maintain MSHA compliance documentation
• Evaluate and implement capital equipment upgrades
• Develop and maintain production preventative maintenance programs
• Analyze and troubleshoot process bottlenecks
• Lead sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing process

Required Qualifications 📚

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant process engineering experience
• Knowledge of MSHA compliance and regulations
• Strong computer skills and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with control room operations and monitoring systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Process improvement and preventative maintenance experience
