The Judge Group is seeking a degreed Process Engineer in Richland Center, WI! The qualified candidate will be responsible for evaluating process systems to develop and recommend process improvement plans to support efficiency improvements, on-going cost reduction, and quality enhancement policies in a continuous improvement environment.
Responsibilities:
- Works with employees and managers to pinpoint potential system or line opportunities within the facility
- Use tools to recognize losses and focus factory resources for the greatest gain
- Assist maintenance and operations in problem solving
- Works with team to bring the greatest performance and reliability from the existing asset base
- Facilitates Kaizen Events
- Lead Cost Saving projects
- Assists implementation of 5S, SMED and Standard work
Requirements:
- 5+ years lean experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2-5 years' experience leading Kaizen events in manufacturing environment
- BS degree in Engineering is preferred - Engineering degree: IE, ME is ideal.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
- Lean training/certification required
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to teach and coach CI concepts throughout the plant
- Experience in solving complex manufacturing problems
- Show ability to utilize DMAIC/PDCA or similar process
