JOB DESCRIPTIONAre you looking for the opportunity to help the association continuously improve our processes and support departments in achieving organizational goals?Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to join our growing Process Improvement Group. One position available, qualified candidate may work in any available Horizon Farm Credit branch location. To view locations, click here Locations | Horizon Farm Credit. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. Candidate may work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.Overview: In this position, you will collaborate with executive leaders, process owners, project management, and technology teams to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require improvement. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient workflows and procedures and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful process change.Areas of responsibility include:Identifying Areas for ImprovementIdentify areas within the Association or department's processes that can be improved.Examine existing processes to improve productivity and efficiencies.Conduct thorough evaluations and analyze data to gain insights for process improvements.Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gather, and define scope and objectives.Analyze Data & Gathering Requirement for Process EnhancementPerform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes.Collect relevant information from multiple sources, such as databases, reports, and employee feedback.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancing the identified processes.Collaborate with StakeholdersWork closely with employees, managers, and leadership team to gain buy-in and support for the proposed improvements.Communicate the benefits of change clearly, addressing any concerns during the transition.Implement Process ChangePartner with executive leaders, process owners, project managers, and technology to ensure recommendations are implemented.Develops methodology to measure the change and identify measures of success. Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements and track ongoing quantifiable gains from implementationBuild Culture of Continuous ImprovementCollaborates with full leadership team to inform of key aspects of process improvement methodology to build culture supportive of the process into muscle memory building standard work into the quality system.Routinely works with frontline staff from various departments to understand current practices.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices to continuously enhance the organization's processes.REQUIREMENTS:Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related field.Generally, two to four or more years of experience in planning, implementation and evaluations of improvements is required.Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient interpersonal relations, organization, and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently with a high degree of accuracy to meet tight deadlines.Ability to initiate, organize and prioritize work and maintain confidentiality.Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.Who are we?Horizon Farm Credit is an expert in agriculture, with over 100 years of serving rural America.
