The Process Improvement Specialist supports clinics and initiatives throughout the Puget Sound Region by specializing in change management, process and performance improvement, governance support, and value-based care strategies via identification and escalation of improvement opportunities.Their primary function is to increase performance on organizational strategic priorities by collaborating with subject matter experts, developing, and optimizing content for end users, communicating thoughtfully, assessing the capacity for change, soliciting feedback on content and communications, and building relationships across the organization.
