They are ranked #18 of the 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World.Reporting to the Production Manager, the Process Lead is responsible for all outcomes related to the techniques, processes, and systems in an area and supports the Asset Owner and Maintenance Lead, owning processes for Centerlines (CL) and Rapid Changeovers (RCO).Strengths in planning, organization, advising, health, safety, coaching, autonomy, and continuous improvement will help you work with the production planner to optimize the production schedule, utilize centerline data to calibrate process, reduce variability, and increase quality.Other tasks will include, developing modifications to process through a reporting process, share best processes with other Process leads (collaborate). You will apply your knowledge in process and systems, ensure best base conditions and the ability to rapid change in process through various production runs, This is a great position for an enlisted maintenance leader, experienced in process, equipment reliability and process improvement. Planning and leading are additional military-experienced strengths. Also, you will be working with a former Navy Nuke who is a private consultant and manufacturing turnaround guru.
