Process ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemical Engineering with expertise in pyroprocessing. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and leading continuous improvement initiatives within our production facilities.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and optimize pyroprocessing operations to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new processes and technologies.
- Monitor process performance and conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on process best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management, preferably in the manufacturing or cement industry.
- Strong knowledge of pyroprocessing and related technologies.
- Familiarity with process engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with Cement or Concrete.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
