Position Overview
This role drives solutions to achieve company goals by leading projects, supporting operations, and collaborating with all business functions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and validation of manufacturing processes using tools like DOE, FMEA, SPC, and capability analysis.
- Support technical development of assigned processes.
- Research, plan, purchase, and oversee installation of new processes and equipment.
- Improve existing processes, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance safety, quality, productivity, and delivery across departments.
- Calculate ROI for projects and determine potential savings.
- Ensure ergonomic safety in work environments.
- Communicate project progress to all company levels.
- Use data analysis tools to drive quality improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 7+ years in a technical role.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience (5 years preferred).
- Hands-on experience in process manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), MS Office, and Project.
- Industrial automation experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
