We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Specialist to streamline our operations, support our sales efforts, and help improve internal systems in Carrollton, GA. This role is designed for a versatile individual with experience in process documentation, sales funnel management, CRM systems, and data analytics. The Process Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, managing sales processes, and supporting the bidding process. The position involves documenting and optimizing internal workflows, managing the sales funnel, supporting CRM activities, and providing valuable analytics and market insights. You will work closely with both the sales and service teams to ensure smooth communication and the efficient execution of tasks. Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in process management, sales support, or CRM management.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems
• Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, and systems management.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Knowledge of sales funnel management and the bidding process is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Proposal Creation: Develop well-crafted proposals to accompany bids, ensuring they align with client needs and company goals.
• Documentation & System Management: Maintain and update documentation of internal processes and systems.
• Sales Funnel Management: Assist in managing and tracking the sales funnel, ensuring that opportunities are being pursued effectively.
• CRM Experience: Use CRM tools to support sales activities, manage lead data, track communication, and analyze sales trends.
• Bidding Process Support: Assist the sales team throughout the bidding process, ensuring all required documents and materials are submitted in a timely manner.
• Software Data Collection: Gather data on the software tools and systems being used by the team, ensuring optimal usage and performance.
• Sales & Service Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the sales team and service team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handoff of client information.
• Analytics & Research: Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for business growth.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales funnel progress, bidding activities, and other key metrics.
