- Oversees 10+ production workers and is responsible for overseeing smooth, FDA compliant, and efficient production and packaging on the lines.
- Documenting batch records, reporting defects, communicating effectively with the production associates and leadership.
- Must have GMP knowledge & experience working with FDA Regulations.
- Previous leadership/management experience.
- Strong math skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Must follow work orders for each batch with integrity and to the book.
