**Process Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shift Available - $21-$27/HR**
**Job Description**
As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Verifying production schedules and current process parameters.
+ Checking for mold and material changes to adapt to production needs.
+ Correcting process parameters to align with master standards and recording changes accurately.
+ Ensuring the timely completion of mold changes to minimize downtime.
+ Maintaining and monitoring job cycle times for operational efficiency.
+ Controlling scrap rates and managing downtime effectively.
+ Following up on tooling and maintenance work orders to ensure ongoing productivity.
**Hard Skills**
MUST HAVES:
-2+ year of previous injection mold experience
-Experience in a manufacturing environment
-Experience with hand/power tools
NICE TO HAVES:
-Own their own hand/power tools
-Ability to read blue prints
**Work Environment**
This is a very clean, climate-controlled environment. They are currently working 5-10 hours of OT a week.
