Location: Durham,NC, USA
* Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line
* Monitor and control the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output
* Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process
* Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges
* Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Position starts at $18 hr.

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in nonwoven or textile production
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Familiarity with process control systems and quality inspection techniques
* Forklift experience preferred (will train if no prior forklift experience)
