Process Technician Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Monitor production equipment and processes for dietary supplement manufacturing to best understand opportunities for improvement

• Manage continuous improvement projects to ensure alignment from all departments and timely implementation

• Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with Supply Chain to utilize and implement best practices for the use of the ERP system throughout the production process

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process-related issues in a timely manner

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Participate in safety and compliance audits, as well as team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Process Technician Shift Info

• Day Shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

• Monday - Friday

Process Technician Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process technician role, preferably in the dietary supplement or food industry

• Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations in manufacturing

• Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly

• Very strong computer skills related to use of ERP system and establishment of dashboards to monitor production efficiencies

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals

• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery

• Able to work as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Basic math skills

• Physical dexterity

• Available for shift work

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US
