Shift Details:

• Training and Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM until clean desk
• NO WEEKENDS!!

Position Overview:

Conduent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Processing Clerk. This is an ONSITE position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and manage 30-40 lb boxes.
• Prescreen and organize incoming mail.
• Operate a mail slicer to open and prepare documents.
• Verify the visibility and legibility of documents.
• Rescan items as needed due to sorting or machine errors.
• Utilize computer programs to efficiently process data.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft software.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to management guidance.
• Reliable, coachable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Leadership qualities with a commitment to best practices and compliance

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $30,800-38,500.
