OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY: Safely process a variety of quality liquid product batches, and maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the batching equipment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Process and document all batches required by production in strict adherence to batch records, SOPs and GMPs. Perform In-Process testing as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain raw material inventory, location, and lot control both physically and in computer systems.
- Unload bulk materials as required.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and spaces in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
- Maintain and operate department's purified water, material handling, and processing systems in an efficient, safe manner.
- Provide technical guidance and training to personnel as required.
- Perform other duties as required to facilitate processing operations, documentation, and compliance.
- Perform other related duties as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Requires a substantial amount of walking and use of ladders.
- Must be able to lift quantities up to 75 pounds and handle/position quantities up to 450 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree, preferable including Chemistry courses or the equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related experience
