Our driven and passionate team needs to expand, as we continue to experience sustainable growth across multiple markets.What?This position will perform a variety of tasks for preparation, processing and packaging of food and non-food products and lead processing room operations.Main aspects of the role include:

Operate food processing machinery, involving set up and tear down

Direct crew activities (4 - 6 crew members)

Food processing room cleaning / sanitizing

Ensure process/product quality is maintained

Communicate with packaging crews, coordinators and/or supervisors

Based on an 84-hour, two-week pay period (70 regular hours + 14 overtime hours).

You!The ideal candidate will have previous leadership, production processes and production equipment experience. It would be essential for this person to have organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Additionally, reliable transportation is necessary with the requirement to be able to transport between company locations.
