Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver feed to correct farms, buildings, and tanks within the set standards
  • Maintain vehicle in good working order and in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Keep accurate log of miles, tons, feed type and delivery times and days may be necessary
  • Other work as needed
  • *** Ability to work with pork products ***
  • Assist in all mill duties on occasion

    • Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 21 years of age
    • Mechanically inclined
    • Must have a current Wisconsin CDL License and Medical card with a good driving record
    • No more than one moving violation in the last 12 months or no more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 months
    • No more than zero OWI offenses in the last 12 months and no more than one OWI in the last 36 months
    • PHYSICAL: No restrictions from climbing on trucks, bins, or lifting 50 pounds to shoulder height

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of locations of farms
    • Feed mill or feed delivery background
    • 1-2 years previous experience driving tractor/trailer combo

    At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $22.00 - $35.25 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
