The focus of the position is to perform the day-to-day functions of reject decisioning/processing.Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails with general knowledge of operationsPerform basic level transaction sorting and decision-makingHigh speed mail extraction and scanningOpen envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoice and coupons according to instructionsPerforms quality review on outgoing itemsPrepare daily reconcilement and billing reportsEducation/Certification Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDExperience requirements:Computer skillsAble to make decisionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to stand for long periods of timeNote:This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Monterrey Park, CAPay Details: $17.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
