Processing Supervisor- Day Shift
: Job Details :

You will lead a team of Process Technicians which is why it's essential that you have either extensive manufacturing leadership experience + an Engineering or Bachelor's Degree. You will be responsible for delivering Key Performance Indicators with a focus on increasing department efficiency while providing daily oversight of Processing operations for the ScMM and Conventional factories.Main Responsibilities:Monitor Siemens and Cobra Process Control System; troubleshoot software and hardware issuesCreate documentation and log issues as necessaryTrend process and waste data to understand and reduce variabilityWork closely with Processing team for daily handoffsKeep current on technological advances and upgradesAssist in facilitating strong shift sanitation and cleaning habitsChampion ideas and suggestions to simplify and improve work processesProactively communicate with departments to anticipate and solve problems regarding process flowManage HACCP documentation and relevant QA/QC proceduresUnderstand product attributes and effects of processing parametersProvide regular status updates for current and ongoing projectsMinimum Requirements:Must have at least 2-3 years experience within a Manufacturing environment and have some leadership experience either from being in a Supervisor or Team Lead role, or from training others in the past.Engineering or Bachelor's DegreeMust have manufacturing environment experienceProven experience as a leader or influencerProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrate expertise and in-depth technical knowledge of Plant Operations and experience (We can train you on systems: such as Siemens PCS7 and Cobra)Strong communication skills both verbal and written; the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, internal and external partnersWhat's nextIf this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
