Supervise a team that completes production and sanitation tasks. Key skills are people management, operational and sanitation knowledge, training ability, developing expectations, driving results with data, and follow-through. Ensure that all company and regulatory processes are followed including but not limited to: Safety, Food Safety, Human Resources, and job specific. Work to continuously improve production and sanitation best practices through training, standards development, data analysis, escalations and reporting. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a shift of processing team members to effectively support safety, food safety, operations, sanitation, and personnel development. Provides a safe work environment and ensure all employees are following safety policies. Responsible for the production and sanitation of processing and liquid packaging areas of the plant.
